Mama Tribe was founded to nurture women, especially women of color and the broader BIPOC community—because we need more nurturing, more self-care, and more sacred spaces where we can heal, rise, and be seen.
Inspired by the personal and professional journey of a woman, educator, mother, and holistic practitioner—whose life was transformed through mindful daily practices and therapy. Mama Tribe was born from the belief that when women are supported holistically, they move through life rooted in their true power.
Rooted in lived experience, Mama Tribe blends holistic self-care and soulful advocacy, offering a sacred space for all women to reconnect with themselves, prioritize their well-being, and rise in their full truth.
